Located just 15 minutes outside of downtown Gothenburg is Sweden's newest premier studio, Division One Studios. Ready to open its doors after one and a half years of construction, this new studio features top of the line equipment and staff.
With the widely acclaimed SSL 4040 mixing console and Pro Tools Mix 3 system with 64 track capability in pro audio quality, we are combining the analog and digital worlds seamlessly and are ready to bring you the best sounding recordings possible.
There is much more to this studio than just the equipment. Our engineer, Arnold Lindberg, was trained at the Piteå school of Sound Engineering which is known for its excellence in audio engineering instruction. Complete with a guest room, lounge, kitchen, and office, the studio is located in scenic Hedefors. The guest room sleeps with additional bedding for up to eight guests. The lounge features a projection screen television and various game consoles. The kitchen has a full line of appliances, and there is even a shower for our overnight guests. We also have a rooftop dining area that overlooks the beautiful scenery.
The studio is far enough from the city to allow for complete privacy and peace while recording, yet close enough for there to be many eateries and shops within walking distance. The area is also enclosed by a gate, making it safe and keeping unwanted visitors out.
